Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at qorbax2@gmail.com with your order number.

Return shipping is free. The deadline is automatically extended if it falls on a weekend or holiday.

You can cancel your order at no cost as long as the item has not yet been prepared for shipment. Once prepared, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos of the issue at qorbax2@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the product.
